Dong Hai Group (DHG) was founded in 2008 by a group of four friends who shared the same youthful enthusiasm, dynamism, and readiness to face any difficulties and challenges. In 2010, due to differences in development direction, DHG was led by Mr. Phạm Ngọc Triệu, a position it holds to this day.

- 2008 Starting till now: as a brokerage unit for importing steel from Japan, China, and South Korea.

- 2009-2013: Opened a scrap metal collection and recycling facility - Restarted now in 2026.

- By 2018: Began expanding its development model: trading, distribution, export, and a sales office in Cambodia.

- By 2022: Opened a specialized steel pipe manufacturing and sheet metal processing center (TAS), and established Dong Hai Global Pte in Singapore to export Vietnamese products to the global market.

Our goal is to be among the top 5 steel trading, processing, and distribution businesses in Vietnam before 2030.

Following the trend of online sales and reducing intermediaries, our ERP system has also been invested in, preparing us for the opening of an online store specializing in selling metal products, metal tools, and other hardware products, aiming to optimize the supply chain from factory to consumer (F2C SHOP).

Recognizing the potential and strengths of Vietnam's agricultural sector, from 2026 onwards, we will begin a new chapter in our development journey: exporting agricultural products, starting with cashew nuts, followed by coffee, rice, pepper, etc.
